Metacine (Yoga.Music.Plants) Seasonal Fire Series in St. Paul

MetacineFire

It's COLD outside!!! Good news: the winter Metacine series is focused on building internal fire.

We, as the Metacine crew, intentionally design experiences that maximize the healing benefits of yoga, plants, and music. Our structure is based off of the patterning of the four seasons, and each season has a particular theme to it.

Yoga: Amanda Leaveck
Live Music: Lauren Haberman
Herbalist: Sharri Keller

How does it work???

Following a short presentation from Sharri about the featured plant medicine, Amanda will guide everyone in a yoga class that is designed to maximize the benefits of the tea/tincture. Lauren's sweet music provides a whimsical sound scape that will leave everyone in a state of complete bliss. YUM. ♥

The Metacine dream is for all of us to feel empowered in our own unique paths towards wellness through a combination of yoga, plant medicine, and music. Through somatic learning experiences inspired by the seasons, we deepen the connection between nature and our bodies. As we tap into the wisdom of the earth with self care practices, we show up more fully in ourselves, relationship, and community.

Through the flowering of our hearts, we embody the full expression of our inner being!
